I'm here to listen, talk things through, and help you think in new ways—without pressure or pretense. You won’t get quick-fix answers or one-size-fits-all advice. What you will get is honest insight, steady support, and space to be fully yourself. If desired, I’m also happy to integrate a Christian worldview into our conversations—I hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and believe faith can be a powerful part of the healing journey. I tailor our conversations and your treatment plan to fit your life—not the other way around. Clients describe me as laid-back but direct, thoughtful but never pushy. I offer perspective that helps you see your challenges differently, and I walk with you at your pace—compassionately, respectfully, and always without judgment.
