About
Living with chronic pain, insomnia, dysautonomia, anxiety or medically unexplained symptoms often feels hopeless and isolating. I have supported countless people to feel well in their bodies. I specialize in working with the underlying dysregulation in the nervous system that leads to these and many other physical symptoms. At times, the brain-body connection can feel like it is working against us, but with understanding and the right approach, there is always hope. I have a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and a master's in social work. I’ve learned to explore how chronic stress and trauma influence health and physical sensations. I view each person through a lens of how their relationships and experiences have affected their nervous system.
