Money fights, personality differences, past wounds, unmet expectations, communication styles and conflict resolution are just a few of the major challenges married people are likely to face. Your marriage should be a source of refuge and strength, but too often it becomes a primary factor in anxiety, depression or fatigue. Just as the tires on a car can get out of alignment and drift in dangerous directions, so can a marriage. As a therapist, my goal is to help you and your spouse align your tires and get moving in the right direction.
