I am a Psychotherapist who has been in Private Practice in the Naperville and Joliet areas for the past 30+ years. I have also worked in Social Work and Special Education Administration for over 20+ years. I utilize a multi-eclectic approach that can include the tenets, strategies and approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy (RT) and Task Centered Therapy (TCT) with children, adolescents, adults and families that is client focused and task centered to assist in the accomplishment of meaningful life changes.
