Hi, I’m Teddie! I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and trauma-related disorders. I recognize that each person’s experience is unique, and strive to offer personalized support that respects and honors your individuality. My goal is to listen, understand, and guide you in navigating your path to healing and personal growth. I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome life's challenges and heal from their past in a safe and open environment. I am now accepting new clients and I accept Medicaid through BCBS and Presbyterian. I integrate various techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs. At the heart of my practice is a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I am committed to helping clients tap into their potential for growth, and draw strength from difficult experiences.
