With more than 20 years of experience in the therapy field, I have devoted my career to supporting individuals as they recover from some of life’s most painful experiences. My clinical work centers on helping those affected by PTSD, anxiety, and depression, including survivors of military trauma, sexual assault, and childhood adversity. I recognize the deep and lasting ways these experiences can shape daily functioning and relationships, and I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to begin their path toward healing.
