9/9/25: I have very few openings at this time. For children, I do not have any after school slots available, but could do a daytime appointment if that aligns with your family's schedules. I'm an individual therapist who loves working with kids, teens, and adults (the toys can be for adults too!). I'm LGBTQIA+ aligned and allied. Some of my areas of interest include LBTQIA+ teens and young adults, anxiety, depression, trauma, smoking cessation, foster/adoptive families, religious trauma, and financial health. I enjoy working with kids and adults finding that a diverse caseload keeps me in a place of balance. I have mainly been training in using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), group therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and play therapy. I also have a growing interest in Internal Family Systems.
