I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience in treating adults, teens and couples who are struggling with issues of mental health and addiction. I specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, partner betrayal and all forms of addiction. I have a warm, person centered style and use a strengths-based framework aimed at achieving true happiness and self love. My clients find they greatly increase practical coping skills and are better able to understand and manage triggers. I work to create an environment, free of judgement or shame, and am affirming of all humans and experiences.
