Hello there, I'm Teddy. I use art and talk therapy to support humans of all ages with living a more curious and meaningful life. My practice is grounded in safety, connection, unconditional support, and gentle accountability. If you're here, I imagine you're craving deep change in your life. I've had the honor of witnessing steady and significant transformation for my clients. As a creative art therapist, I also see the therapeutic space as an opportunity for joy and creativity in addition to addressing challenges.
