Hi there! I'm Tedra, a certified rehabilitation counselor, licensed clinical professional counselor, and an EMDR trained clinician working with first responders and their family members. I have extensive experience working with military veterans in a hospital setting, providing support for a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, and adjustment to life changes. With several immediate family members in law enforcement and the military, I have a deep understanding of first responder culture and a strong commitment to supporting those who serve, as well as their families.
