I help clients break cycles of addiction, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm by providing a safe, honest space to explore triggers, build healthy coping skills, and strengthen communication. My specialty is supporting teens and adults struggling with substance use, gambling, and family conflict so they can regain control and rebuild their lives.
