Hi there, I'm Kisha! I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Georgia. My approach to therapy is helping individuals gain insight into themselves and their patterns. My version of treatment doesn't feel like therapy, it feels as if we're having a conversation and as you learn to become in tune with yourself. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning depending on your specific needs a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused therapy will be utilized to assist in helping you to gain insight and/or resolution to your said problems.
