“Seeing” each other online, through telehealth on our “smart phones” has created a continuity of care never thought possible. Living in rural Alaska often creates transportation issues, but with telehealth we eliminate this problem. I used to call my mom every morning to check in with her, get some love and advice and a hug through the phone. Therapy can be just as simple.
