Teleios' mission is to provide holistic, culturally sensitive, and individualized counseling services that focuses on providing individual, couples, family and children psychotherapy to people from all backgrounds, age groups and walks of life, as well as providing parent coaching and anger management classes. Our therapists tailor their therapeutic approach to fit each client’s needs, knowing that a “one-size-fits-all” treatment plan does not work. Along with many cognitive and behavioral, psychodynamic, trauma informed, psychodynamic, CBT and Mindfulness Based CBT techniques, Teleios methods stem from our therapists' solid grounding in humanistic, psychodynamic, and developmental psychologies.
