My practice is rooted in whole healing. While incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy frameworks in my practice, I also acknowledge that most traditional mainstream treatment modalities were not created with consideration of race; because of that, I integrate somatic experiences and intuitive practices into my work.
