Hi there, I'm Tenia! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and women during difficult life transitions. I primarily use a solution-focused therapy approach that incorporates a holistic treatment planning model. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions are my experience in various clinical and community settings, as created my holistic approach to therapy. I am able to help clients quickly identify the root cause of the distress and implement a plan to alleviate the stressors.
