Hello, my name is Teniece. I am a Psychotherapist at InTouchMindHealth, LLC. My therapy practice is designed to provide you with a supportive space to process your fears, life’s challenges, and feelings of brokenness. I want you to feel joy in your life while at the same time be equipped to handle life’s ‘ups and downs?’ To accomplish your goals, I utilize effective interventions such as cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness to promote healing, empowerment, and purpose in your life. I enjoy helping clients work through issues such as: Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Depression, Life/Career Transitions, Minority Issues, Prenatal/ Postpartum, Relationship Conflict, Parenting, PTSD/Trauma, Self-Awareness, and Self-Esteem.
