Accepting New Clients! Are you ready to begin your healing journey? My goal is to support you in your journey by meeting you where you are and assisting you in becoming the best version of yourself as we work together in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma informed therapy. I work with adolescents and adults specializing in mood & anxiety and/or life transition challenges. I am certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid and have attended the Clinician's Suicide Prevention Summit.
