I support therapists, healers, and open-hearted souls who feel depleted from constantly giving to others. When holding it all together no longer feels sustainable, they come to slow down, exhale, and gently return to themselves. Together, we work to regulate the nervous system, cultivate deep self-love, and restore a sense of wholeness, so they can live with clarity, intention, and soulful, grounded purpose. I enjoy integrating systemic, somatic, and creative expression into my clinical healing work to support holistic transformation. Whether you’re a caregiver, creative, leader, or in transition, if you're ready to reconnect with your body and reclaim your wellness, you belong here.
