Hey there! I'm Tera! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Louisiana. I received my MA from Louisiana Tech University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2016 and have enjoyed assisting others find ways to improve their lives. Also in 2016, I discovered fitness and nutrition through bodybuilding. Through my experience, I think it is optimal to explore the connection between mental health and overall wellness through mind and body.
