Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, or stuck. EMDR Intensives offer a private, focused, and supportive way forward. I work with you to get you unstuck, navigate challenges, mend strained relationships, and move toward your hopes and goals. This is thoughtful, in-depth care (at your pace) for those ready to invest in meaningful, stable change. I am available for talk therapy and EMDR Intensives - in person or by secure video. My fees for talk therapy are below and effective half day EMDR Intensives are $495 (includes the intake, half day intensive and a short follow-up session).
