I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensed in Florida. I received my post-graduate education from Capella University. I have been counseling for 10 years. I am married with 5 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy helping people learn how to live their best life, focusing on staying in the moment.
