Hi, I'm Teresa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both California and Idaho. I am available Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. My approach to therapy is supportive and often sprinkled with humor. I believe in working together, helping you tap into your strengths and develop practical tools that make a difference. Life can be tough, but you don’t have to go through it alone. We’ll navigate the ups and downs together, with compassion, encouragement, and a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change. Our first session is a chance for us to connect, explore what you're looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
