About
Welcome, my name is Teresa and I am a licensed mental health clinician. I have worked in a community setting seeing many different types of clients, and for the past 15 years I have worked in schools as a school counselor. I have worked with clients as young as 10 and as old as 80. I love being able to connect with many different types of people while they are on their healing journey. I specialize in working with clients with ADHD, depression and anxiety. I work in a school setting so clients aged 14-19 are my specialty but I have vast experience in working with adults as well. Currently I work with a lot of educators who are managing stress of their job and maintaining balance in their life.
