As a therapist I am in a role which allows me to be able to assist people with removing the barriers to them achieving success in life, relationships, and careers. I have a very accepting and process-oriented approach that is not intimidating or judgmental. My calm, empathic and intuitive nature allows others to feel comfortable and safe to explore what they need to free themselves to experience more happiness and compassion for themselves and others. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals from many different backgrounds and orientations and understand that every person is unique in their way and requires an individualized approach that fits and works for them in the short and long term as they navigate their way through life.
