Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor (LMHC) based in South Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and have been practicing for over 20 years. I help people of all ages struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety and mood disorders by assiting them with developing coping skills that they can use to reduce and/or manage their symptoms better. During our first session together, we'll start with introductions to get to know each other better so that you will feel more comfortable sharing what the issues or challenges are that you are dealing with. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
