I have been in practice since 2013 and throughout the years I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from hundreds of clients with an interest in and a desire to better understand themselves and improve their quality of life. I support my clients with developing and improving the necessary tools and skills to persevere despite the challenges they may face. Many of my clients have experienced the death or loss of a significant person in their life (such as a parent, sibling or partner). I provide grief/loss focused therapy to young to mid career professionals in the DC metro area. I tailor sessions to the needs of each client. Because many of my clients are grieving much of the work is focused on how the client can learn to better integrate the loss and memory of the person who died into their present day life.
