Sometimes life gets heavy and hard, even my own. There IS HOPE for a better tomorrow. My clients want support for many issues, among them grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, and assistance with serious health diagnosis, and adjusting or readjusting to new life circumstances. Sometimes just support making a hard decision. I am here to listen! Forewarned-I’m not wasting your time or money, or mine- I’ve been told I’m direct, if you ask for my opinion. I offer customized Client-Centered help and support using psychotherapy, with you as Team Leader. I have extensive experience and education in grief, depression, anxiety, death and dying, serious illness, trauma, and survivor's of suicide, suicide attempts, community first responders, and geriatrics. I also offer short-term, brief Solution-Focused.
