I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with issues related to anxiety, oppositional defiance, depression, attention and focus difficulties, self harm, broken families. Many symptoms can be minimized by learning relaxation exercises, building strengths, learning distraction activities and improving communication skills. Academic and work challenges can be resolved by learning how to obtain the appropriate assistance and skills necessary to survive in today's world. I will work with your primary care provider if desired or necessary to optimize your care.
