Integrative mental health can be a great option for people who want to explore a more natural and personal path to their emotional wellness, and may be especially helpful to those who have "treatment resistant" issues. After years of seeing some clients give their best efforts and still not get where they wanted to be, I added an integrative approach to my therapy practice. Working with an integrative M.D., I learned how some physical health issues can profoundly affect us emotionally. These are often easily addressed, and can make talk therapy more productive & rewarding
