I find that working with any woman struggling with transition, anxiety, and depression, women working to overcome infertility, the frustration of trying to conceive, and the moms who have experienced the heartbreak of loss is where my heart is. The struggles during all of these journeys can be exhausting. Whether it is sleepless nights with a newborn, anxiety and worry keeping you up at night, or the wish that you were being kept up at night because you are struggling with becoming pregnant or have had a pregnancy loss, or even the mom with older children going through transitions, you have a place here. Because my goal is for you to feel better and start transitioning back to your everyday life, clients rarely stay at a weekly session time long-term, like you see in many traditional counseling offices.
