On the outside, things may look “just fine.” You’ve built a life, maintained relationships, and checked the boxes—yet something still doesn’t feel right. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, often with prior therapy experience. They’re tired of just coping or circling the same patterns and want real, lasting change—not just insight. They’re ready to take an active role in their healing, show up with honesty and accountability, and move forward. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin—just a willingness to engage. If that resonates, I’m here to help. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous-system–based approaches to help process past experiences and shift patterns that keep you stuck. For deeper or accelerated change, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Together, we focus on addressing root causes so real, lasting change can occur.
