Have you tried traditional talk therapy and still need something more? I work with people who want a different approach, partnering with nature, play, energy, and animal-assisted therapy to help support the healing journey. Clients come seeking support for various reasons but I specialize in trauma and attachment, parenting for children who are struggling, empowerment and self-esteem. Healing happens emotionally, spiritually, cognitively and physically through expressive arts, yoga, and partnering with nature and animals.
