I am glad you are here and exploring what is right for you! I believe that the therapy relationship, along with clinical knowledge, is the key towards effective therapy. A good therapist should be able to create a feeling of safety, which allows one to fully address issues and work towards their goals. Clients have told me that my down to earth style, sensitivity, and clinical skills made it possible to face the challenges that they were working through. I work with Adults healing from Childhood Trauma and am always tailoring my approach to clients' individual style and developmental needs. I
