I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, relationship and dating challenges, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, loneliness, depression, existential anxiety, and career direction uncertainty. Together, we will explore how to move away from avoiding or struggling with your emotions and instead cultivate mindfulness, acceptance, and tolerance of your inner experiences. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes, so you can develop greater self-confidence, a stronger sense of authenticity, deeper and more fulfilling connections, and more trust in your own decisions.
