Feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, or downright angry in a world that often values productivity over care? It's hard to find wellness and healing when the world around you constantly perpetuates systemic harm. I hope to create a supportive space in which you can share your story, reflect on your experiences, and connect with what healing means to you. I draw from a flexible range of modalities to create an approach that suits each client’s experiences and needs. I have most to offer in these areas: stress, depression, anxiety, and identity issues.
