Hi, my name is Teresa (she/her/hers). I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist. I work with clients statewide in California via telehealth. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with family, play board games, be in nature, go on random adventures, and watch a good cult or crime documentary. I primarily use Expressive Arts (EXA) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. But what does that mean? We will vacillate between working in the here/now and exploring our past experiences - especially with caregivers and other significant individuals.
