Hello! I'm Teresa Freeling. With over 20+ years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. I am licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have spent most of my career working directly in my clients' homes with them and their families. In 2020, I moved to telehealth services, which still provide that at-home comfort. My therapeutic approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In order to change what we do; we need to figure out why we do it.
