I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher with a PhD in Clinical Science from Northwestern University. I completed my clinical residency at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital and continued my training through a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard. I am a research associate at Harvard and a psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. My work focuses on helping people connect with their strengths, clarify their values, and make meaningful, lasting change. At this time, I am in-network only with Aetna and also accept private pay clients.
