Therapy offers an opportunity to gain clarity around patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen emotional resilience, and explore new ways of connecting with yourself and others. I deeply respect each individual’s story and pace, and I believe choosing wellbeing is a courageous step. I work integratively, drawing from multiple models and theories based on the needs of each client. My work is informed by evidence-based practices and a relational, person-centered stance, with an emphasis on presence, collaboration, and care.
