Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Life can be really hard sometimes. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself. Whatever brought you here, please know you’re not alone. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free—where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is warm, relaxed, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—together, we’ll explore what’s going on, discover your strengths, and find tools that genuinely work for you. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a strong, collaborative relationship. I’ll explain what you can expect from me as your therapist, and I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, along with your main concerns. Together, we may begin identifying key issues and setting initial goals.
