My name is Tereza Toledo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, also providing services statewide via telehealth. I have years of experience working with children, youth, and families, and currently work with all age groups. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use these concepts to support individuals experiencing problems such as anxiety, depression, distress, PTSD, and anger challenges.
