I entered the field of counseling to journey with people in this thing called life. Life is hard even without all the additional struggles and heartaches that come with it. While there are definitely blessings in life too, life always dips low at points and we need a trusted person to walk with us. I have extensive training in trauma, depression, anxiety, and all types of diagnosis. I am EMDR certified and work from a holistic approach. I can work with from a Christian foundation too for those interested.
