Now (as of 10/13/2025) accepting new clients for virtual therapy. My specialty is helping people to get their painful emotions out of their way and on their side. If your feelings are getting in the way of your relationships, sobriety, career, or life, I'd like the chance to help. I especially enjoy working with people trying to stay sober, members of the queer community, people coping with the justice system, and people with disabilities or chronic pain. My clients often feel overlooked or misunderstood by other therapists, and really need someone to listen to them. My goal is to meet people where they're at-whether that means diving into past traumas, focusing on behaviors and feelings in the moment, coping with troubling thoughts, or even releasing tension stored in your body. There's no one right way to do therapy, and we can find the best way for you, together.
