About
If you're autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, the constant calibrating, masking, and burnout can feel relentless. You sense more than most and think deeply, and what others call anxiety or “too much” is often unrecognized intelligence. I work with neurodivergent teens and adults—diagnosed early, later, or self-identified—to feel regulated, understood, and at home in their own bodies. I also support neurotypical partners, parents, and anyone who thinks in intuitive or non-linear ways. View 4 Photos My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, and grounded in Brainspotting, nervous-system science, and subconscious belief work. We work directly with your body’s intelligence rather than forcing insight from the mind. Together we identify looping patterns, honor the parts that protected you, and build ways of being that feel sustainable for your system.
