Currently accepting new clients. Thank you for visiting! I specialize in couples and individual therapy, with a heartfelt love for working with children. I also work specifically with clients in very high-pressure careers, as well as individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I also work with clients processing childhood trauma to finally feel some freedom from the weight of the past. I work to support couples in all stages of relationships, including intensive couples counseling, infidelity recovery, the divorce process, and navigating the complexities of blended families and co-parenting. So much of what we struggle with as adults can be traced back in time to our earliest experiences: how we were parented, how relationships were modeled for us, and what we've inherited genetically. Mapping our current experiences back to the past helps us untangle some of the mysteries of who we are and why we choose what we choose in life.
