I am a psychodynamic therapist passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives, identifying ways that conscious and unconscious traits and habits impact functioning and relationships. By exploring how you relate to yourself and to the world around you, you can build a life that is informed by past experience, not trapped by it. As a trained meditation teacher I integrate mindfulness and other meditation techniques where appropriate if you are interested in that. My trauma work is integrative, designed to understand the effects of prior trauma and to work to process traumatic memories.
