About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who previously worked with Amen Clinics for eleven years before beginning my own practice with Grow Therapy. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Chapman University, I decided to change careers and pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Working for the clinic provided an extraordinary learning environment where I received exposure to a diverse patient population, and allowed me to benefit from collaboration with amazing clinicians. I hope to continue using my experience in pursuing my passion to help others. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients including individuals, young adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and ADHD. I also provide life coaching and am trained in EMDR. I am currently licensed in California and Washington state.
