Hi there, I'm Teri! I am a compassionate therapist with a Master of Social Work degree and a genuine desire to help people define and pursue their goals. I strive to bring integrity, honesty, and compassion to both my personal and professional life. My therapeutic approach draws from various modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, neuro-linguistic programming, person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-focused interventions.
