I work with adults who are struggling with making changes in their lives. They may be stuck in habits, addictions, depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships or unfulfilling work situations. The common thread is they are not living the life they want but rather are living from their limited programming and conditioning. Through understanding human psychological functioning and the deeper spiritual nature of being human, I help clients come back to their innate well-being.
